The International Â鶹´«Ã½ Lending Association (ISLA) Americas has now confirmed its co-chairs for this year’s Annual Â鶹´«Ã½ Finance & Collateral Management Conference.

Taking place in Miami from 13 to 16 October, the event will be co-chaired by Morgan Stanley’s Kathleen Duggan and J.P. Morgan’s Rebecca Goldenberg.

Duggan, head of sourcing and resource optimisation for securities lending at Morgan Stanley, brings more than two decades of industry experience to the post.

She is primarily responsible for Institutional Client Relationship Management and the optimisation of the Â鶹´«Ã½ Lending sourcing book, working in close collaboration with financing businesses across the firm to provide clients with holistic coverage.

As head of Americas product, Agency Â鶹´«Ã½ Finance, at J.P. Morgan, Goldenberg leads strategic initiatives across the region and plays a key role in shaping the firm’s securities finance product offering.

In this capacity, she oversees the development and execution of client-focused solutions, ensures alignment with global regulatory and market developments, and drives connectivity across securities services and the broader firm.

Through keynote presentations, panel discussions and discussion streams, the conference will investigate the forces reshaping the industry — from technology, regulation, and market structure to the day-to-day realities of cash management, market liquidity, and derivatives — amid mounting geopolitical and macroeconomic pressures.
